Work Party, Saturday 11/4

Join us at the school (2600 SW Thistle St, Seattle, WA 98126) for a WORK PARTY this Saturday, 11/4 from 9am-6pm. The PTSA is partnering with the school’s student-run Green Team to make a neglected interior courtyard into a beautiful, usable space for students and staff alike!

The first step in the process will be to remove some stubborn bamboo that has been threatening to take over the plantable area. The city is providing us with the tools we need to get the job done, we just need strong backs and willing hands. Please stop by and pitch in if you can, for an hour or for the afternoon. The pictures below are the “Before” pictures. We so look forward to seeing the “After” sometime this spring
